Good experience so far. I wish the office would answer the phone more. With new management that seems to be the only part lacking. More update to the community and units would be great so we can see where the rent increase is going.

Just cause it's west county doesn't mean it's better. Loud the pool is broke a lot and dirty. Didn't come into new carpet or flooring and it looks horrible after months of being here.

A great place to live with a pet, as it has a good fenced structure.

Everyone has been nice. It’s a quiet place no loud noises. The pool has been great this summer and the new lawn furniture is so nice. I wish they had a dog park for small dogs and one for the bigger dogs. I don’t use the dog park if there are big dogs in it since I have little ones, but besides that it’s been nice living here.

The house is located in a cozy space surrounded by well-kept nature. There are many parking spaces, which is good. Inside, the house is very big and the kitchen is very well equipped. In general, I like everything very much.
