This year did present some unexpected challenges. We experienced a temporary staffing shortage within our maintenance... department; however, emergency maintenance requests continued to be addressed during that time. We are pleased to share that our maintenance team is now fully staffed and has been for some time, allowing us to better serve our residents.

We also experienced a few unexpected pool closures earlier this season due to circumstances beyond our control. We understand how frustrating that was, especially during the summer months. The pool has since reopened and has remained open for residents to enjoy.

If your comments regarding the landscaping are related to the dead shrubs throughout the community, those plants are covered under our landscaping warranty. Per the warranty process, there is an initial establishment period that must pass before any replacements can be made. We are actively working with our landscaping contractor to have those shrubs replaced as soon as they become eligible under the warranty.

We appreciate all resident feedback and remain committed to making improvements throughout the community. If there are specific concerns you would like to discuss, we encourage you to contact the leasing office directly so we can address them. Read More
