Affordable peace and quiet

Safe area right next to the park, walking distance to downtown Maplewood or Schnucks, easy parking for tenants with occasional outsiders parking in the tenant parking, but they're quick to put out notices about the issue. I've lived here for 1 year and a half, and I rarely hear anyone in the place. It's so quiet I almost wish I would hear people. Lol It's the opposite complaint from the last place I lived. These apartments have quiet rules after 9:00 PM which is one of the reason I moved here.… Everyone seems to follow it. The ceiling fans keep the rooms cool along with the A/C. Electric heating keeps the bills low. Jay, the owner, is easy to communicate with and a good person. Would recommend a property ran by him for sure. The maintenance guy, Brian, is quick to fix issues and around and about as well. Only complaint I really have is my freezer builds condensation over time, so I have to chip off ice to get it back to normal. Really only complaint.
