Ozark Mountain Crossing Apartments

Overall clean environment, friendly & professional staff, and maintenance staff is very helpful.

These apartments are in a good, quiet location in Ozark and the apartments themselves are actually not bad (spacious and light). Unfortunately, the current management negates any pluses there are to living there. There is no upkeep done to the apartments aside from keeping the lawn cut and changing the AC filters - there is never any spraying for bugs, the buildings aren't power washed, work orders are slow to be filled (sometimes forgotten entirely). The biggest problem here, however, is the... management. Extremely rude and ill-tempered (landlady yells straight out the gate, office employees not much better), irresponsible ("loses" rent checks and doesn't say anything about it, charging late fees all the while), disinterested in upkeep (despite raising the rent frequently)...
