Williamsburg Plaza Apartments

I enjoy living here for a couple of years never had no bad problem I have had problems with my dryer I reported it and the maintenance was right on it the people that lives in the apartments where I’m at I have never had no problems with if they pass you by they are friendly . I have had few issues living here. I live in a renovated apartment and although you can tell it was a rush job and there are some messy fixes, the apartment is nice overall-spacious and comfortable. My maintenance issues have always been handled the day after I've left a message or emailed. They offer a military discount and the drive to Leavenworth only takes about 20 minutes. My only major complaint is the gym space. It is very small and the equipment is very old so it's really not usable… by more than a couple people at a time. Do yourself a favor... DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Unless you like rude management that does not give a crap about your complaints, cracks in walls and paint chipping off, construction ALL THE TIME. And I mean ALL THE TIME. It literally never stops. The hammering and banging and dragging heavy stuff up and down the stairs. If you like paying a $200 electric bill for it to still be 80 degrees and musty and muggy in your apartment in the summer, this is the place for you! Maintenance issues are ignored and handled poorly. I am still trying to resolve an issue from water coming through my ceiling that happened a year ago. Numerous other issues have been brushed off and response time to come address things is numerous hours if not days. Amenities are lack luster at best and cost is high compared to duplexes that are one block over. Consider living elsewhere.
