Nope!!!!!
The only reason they get a 1 is because the staff is ok but if you can avoid it I would not stay there. We had to wash their sheets and towels even before we checked out and clean the room. Housekeeping charge $100 if you use them and saw some roaches. Tub was dirty but I was not allowed to move to another room. I have pictures and will be contacting someone about this . Unsanitary!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest concerns seriously, but several of the statements in this review are not accurate.
Guests are not required to wash sheets or towels before checkout. We only ask that linens and towels not be left stained... or excessively damaged, and we do not charge guests for the normal use of towels. In addition, we do not have a roach issue, and our property is regularly serviced by a professional pest control company.
While this review does not include a name, if this is the guest we believe it may be, she was moved twice during her stay and had the opportunity to view each room before agreeing to the move. For that reason, the claim that she was not allowed to move does not reflect what occurred.
We strive to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all guests and take inaccurate allegations seriously.
