Nice renovation

I just recently transferred to one of the new updated apartments. I love that they come with washer and dryers. That was my only issue from my old apartment was no laundry in unit. Now I have laundry and new granite countertops. They also completely renovated the hallways which is a huge improvement. The office and maintenance have always been nice and helpful if I needed anything.

Avoid

I wake up suddenly at 8am to hammering that sounds like it is right next to my head. No warning, just early morning renovation work right on the other side of my thin bedroom walls, for several days in a row. The office says there is nothing they can do. It is incredibly alarming. The office phone line is frequently neglected. Neighbors are loud, disruptive, and steal my packages.

Great first renter’s experience

I have lived here almost a year and have had great experience with management and they have been helpful with any problems or questions. Anytime they are updating the building or doing renovations they always give us notice ahead of time. They even have a team spray for bugs with almost two weeks or more notice. Overall a great place to get experience with renting and a friendly and save atmosphere!

Great Location

This place is super close to my work on main street. I have been a tenant for about a year without any problems. Also you cant beat the price.
