The Unexpected Changes
We moved in on August 2, 2025. The apartment we chose was a newly renovated one, as per the website. However, when got the keys to the apartment it not a newly renovated to my surprise and the Asst Manager too.
The Asst Manager worked with the Property Manager to make it right for us. As there are no more renovated apartments in the building that I desire to be in.
They have been working hard to get the items fixed that we found in our current apartment. Although the one we chose is... not renovated, we still like it here, and it now allows us to rent a w/d in the unit.
I appreciated how the Asst Manager apologized for the website, saying one thing, and the apartment is something else. They have made this move-in experience good, even with the unexpected change that happened. The way this was handled gives a great insight into the character of the staff in the leasing office.
I look forward to the next year that we will be living here at Vida Apartments.
