Vida Apartments

Moved in March of 2021 & it’s been nothing but bliss… especially for being in a pandemic! They communicate great, plenty of parking and it’s a nice neighborhood.

I have been a resident since December of 2018. As with all older apartment complexes, maintenance issues crop up. Every time I have called to have something repaired during a regular work day, it has been addressed immediately. Staff are courteous, helpful, and informative. I highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a solid and dependable home.

We have lived here for seven months and have not had any real issues. A few things have happened that required maintenance to come and they always come as soon as possible and would get the job done. The maintenance workers are a little crass but whatever. Our neighbors have been nice and quiet (as much as you can be in an apartment). I’ve never seen ANY bugs in my unit and if I did I would let the office know and I’m sure the issue would be resolved. The owners and office staff have always been… helpful from when we moved in. We regularly see police doing a drive though almost every night I think and I like that. There are a lot of kids running around but that happens anywhere. This was by far the absolute worse experience I have ever seen regarding an apartment complex. It is poorly managed, and the employees starting at the top on down lack the basic soft skills necessary to run a business.
