HL29 Modern Flats

My car got stolen from this property and broken into 6 times after that until I finally moved it to a family members house. So I alone have suffered around 3k in car damages. Additionally every week their are 3-4 car break-ins in our lot alone, not to mention the surrounding houses get hit regularly as well. Last night we had 3 more cars get broke into which encouraged me to write this review.

Landlord won't work with us on getting out of our lease a month early despite this extensive financial… burden the local crime has put onto us. Additionally, despite being aware of the crime they have done nothing to remedy the situation except put up a "private property" sign. Did I mention these kids breaking into cars carry guns?

If you don't believe me just drive by the location, at any given time their are 3+ cars with bags on the windows.

Don't live here if you value your safety or your vehicle.

P.S. I've called the cops on them 10+ times while they were actively in our lot and not once have the police caught them or done anything to help us. Read More

I haven’t even lived here a month, however its clean, quiet and love the floor plan of my unit! Amanda and Shy have been great to work with! I love the vib of living in an old school.

We've lived here for 6 months. We've had no working heat/AC and the management doesn't seem to care. We've made 5 maintenance requests in the time we've lived here and the requests aren't taken seriously. Tenants let their dogs poop in the hallway and leave them barking at ungodly hours. The entire building reeks like weed as well. WE ARE NEVER RENEWING THE LEASE!
