Super Cute Affordable Apartments
I lived here for a year from 2023-2024 and it was overall a great experience! The apartment is a decent size with a walk in closet and large bedroom. The layout of the kitchen/living room is a little funky, but nothing some rearrangement of furniture can’t fix. I think the best part of these apartments were how all utilities were included (even wifi!) besides electric. It made paydays so much easier so that I didn’t have to worry about a bunch of different accounts. There are also very thick... walls so I was never able to hear neighbors.
The property manager, Kasey, is awesome and was always very attentive of my needs and replied within a timely manner if I ever needed anything. My electricity kept going out to the point where all the food in my fridge ended up spoiling and she sent an electrician that day and reimbursed me for groceries. She really cares about her tenants which is important.
The only downside of this apartment was that there were a couple break ins in the parking lot. Luckily I don’t think the situation was too bad, but just inserting a gate at the entrance would fix it up !
