I don’t have many complaints at this time, but I do want to mention that the laundry facilities are often a bit messy and could use more consistent upkeep. Additionally, I found it frustrating that I had to complete a survey just to get answers to questions I had been asking for months. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the overall resident experience.

Good doing great. Nice place wish there wasn’t a big hole in my ceiling though. I don’t like the mold. Or the spiders. Or the flees I just had to wait 2 weeks for maintenance to spray. But doing great

It’s quite when it’s needs to be. Very good location for good food and entertainment purposes. Near major highways so getting around has its advantages when it comes to traveling

So far in my first few days, the area is very nice and the people Ive encountered have been very courteous.
I visited the local 7/11 and the owner "Mat" shared that the last 30 years he's been here the neighborhood has been very quiet and safe.

This is my third year living at the Bennington Heights apartment. So far it has been great. Maintenance team rocks. They immediately solved my kitchen issue.
