Needs better customer service, needs better direction when trying to understand pricing. Details are a must and being on time with every is very important because if the resident have to be ready and prepared so should the managers.

The maintenance teams does a very good job but there are delays in the requests getting completed. So addressing these issues can help for having a better Resident Experience
