I’m new to the complex but so far it is great! Management is very polite and helpful and also easy to get in touch with! Maintenance is very quick and efficient when responding to my service requests!

The neighborhood is DANGEROUS!! There are shootings every weekend! Me and MY CHILDREN have witnessed the shootings, they happen in daylight!
They offer almost NONE of the amenities listed: no onsite laundry facility, no playground, no washer & dryer hookups, no swimming pool or lounge area!
The kitchens are outdated and the appliances are faulty! It took them two months to replace my stove when it went out!
They have a horrible sewage problem! The sewer gets backed up often and leaves a FOUL... oder in the apartments! I barely wanted to invite guests cause the smell is embarrassing!!
The “deadbolt” locks DON’T WORK!
If you need something cheap, this is the place for you! If you need something, safe, clean & modern, look elsewhere!
