Great Community to live in! Best Pool & Dog Wash Also

LOVE IT HERE!
It's Clean, Quiet, & Peaceful.
The Property Manager (Jeannie) was very welcoming and informative. Maintenance Staff (Josh) was very helpful and friendly.
The grounds and the pool are impressive and an onsite dog wash/park sealed the deal.

Crazy rental terms!

The requirements to even just get past the application are way crazier than any place I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t waste your time to be honest. If that’s what you have to do just to apply to live here I can’t even imagine what living here would be like.

Lousy Policies, Despite Good Residence & Staff

Office staff are good and maintenance staff are excellent and responsive, however despite being an exceptional tenant for six years with no late payments, no disturbances, living area in top condition and left the premises as clean as we found it, Covington ownership (likely) seems keen on nitpicking over minor issues to hold back on large portions of security deposit. We enjoyed our location and time, but would never rent here again.

I'm sorry to hear your move out… experience left you feeling disappointed. We certainly never want a resident to leave feeling that way. Security deposit deductions are only made for cleaning and damages beyond normal wear and tear, but we understand that move out charges can sometimes be frustrating, especially after calling a place home for many years.

We truly appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you nothing but the best in your next home.

Do not move here!!!

When I first toured this complex I thought it was wonderful. It was clean, it had a great pool. It has a dog park and I was happy to move in here. But once you do, the leasing manager becomes your worst enemy. She is one of the most disrespectful people. I have had the unfortunateness to have to deal with, if I could move out tomorrow. I would!!!
