    New Property Manager is Excellent

    The new property manager, Tyson, is the reason this review is 5 stars. The first year I lived here, everything was going well. However, after management changed hands, things went downhill quickly. I was preparing not to renew my lease, but thankfully, Tyson became the new property manager, and things turned around.

    His communication is clear, professional, and courteous. He is both knowledgeable and caring. He handles one-on-one and community issues swiftly and with sincerity. The Encore    … community is lucky to have such an exceptional property manager.
