The apartments are very raggedy. I would rent somewhere else.

Apartment

It is an affordable place to live but they do have a roach problem on top of maintenance not wanting to repair anything my apartment I live in in the apartment is 80° and I have my air conditioner on

Filthy place

Everything is covered in dirt, the elevator is so old it looks like it hasn’t been updated since it was installed, and the neighborhood isn’t great

While our elevator certainly has an old-world charm, it's still in good condition, and we do our best to ensure it's cleaned daily. Additionally, our site team… conducts a thorough cleaning weekly. But unfortunately, some things are out of our control, especially after hours; nevertheless, we are working on sustainable solutions to better our process.

NO . JUST AN ALL AROUND NO.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. NOT EVEN A FIRST APARTMENT YOU CAN DO BETTER. Management is horrible. roaches & rats . it's literally INFESTED, rats have eaten threw my walls. I had to call the health department because there was a dead rat in my oven, they still haven't replaced it. hallways are always dirty, you can open the main lobby door without a code.

Don't move here

The place is invested with roaches, the on thing worse than the roaches are mice. Moved out 7 months ago, they have no idea where my security deposit is, just getting the run around.
