    Can't fix basic problems

    Been living here for over 2 years now and my living room windows have leaked everytime there was ever a hard rain, also was informed by other tenants that live here that it did the exact same thing to multiple people prior to me living here. Everytime we try and get it fixed we are always told its because of the gutters not being cleaned, at this point this is my only other option to get this fixed is to post publicly. Other than this rain problem the way they have increased the rent is… ridiculous but it gets 2 stars because generally its a very safe place to live and very quiet and convenient area
