Very satisfied!
Great apartment building. Loft style. Great Gym. Great, polite, very responsive manager. Mostly new appliances. Convenient location. We plan on staying here for at least two years. Only negative I can think of is lack of good insulation because the building was built over 100 years ago. So, expect to have higher than usual cooling/heating costs. Overall, very satisfied.

Beautiful apartments, great management
Just moved in, the apartments look just like they do on the photos. The management is amazing, they're extremely communicative and super helpful. There was an issue with the lease, and they amended it immediately, they have done everything they can to address every concern I've had.
Don't get me wrong, the apartments being great is a huge bonus. But what I really love about this place is having a landlord who's actually not only willing to help out as much as they can, but happy to do it. It's... a really nice change of pace to have that, for once.

New management and excellent communication! The updates are impeccable and what they have promised, they have delivered! Definitely couldn’t be happier!
