Dishwasher, Bathroom fan and bathroom drain. Fan old and loud, bathroom was slow due to the previous tenant’s stuck hair in the drain that wasn’t attended prior to releasing apartment for the new lease.dishwasher have seen it’s better days and the bathroom sink is rusted. Original appliances including old blinds in the b bedroom that got stuck and broke. Kiki is very helpful and professional.

Maintenance request on a leaky sink I found out I had a leaking sink in the bathroom in the evening when I got off work, place to work order, and they had it repaired the following morning. You guys are rockstars thank you
