Constant issues. Hole in ceiling, leaky floor, black mold, bad ventilation.

AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE

Awful landlords, awful price, and crime. I have seen my neighbors car get broken into, along with an apartment getting broken into last year. My other neighbor also had her car stolen. There are not cameras to help solve this issue.

The pool was shut down by the health department. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER the sign was thrown away and children were swimming in a dirty pool with black algae. As of right not these apartments have not passed inspection according to the city of Webster... Groves

Not worth the price for a dirty old apartment

I lived here a couple years ago. The apartments are tiny, the maintenance workers were unhelpful and took forever to get anything done. They made me move into a dirty apartment with trash everywhere. Also had a roach and water bug problem. Way too overpriced, even though the location is good. Don't rent here, you're not a person to them just a dollar sign.

Honestly not worth the money they want

The property manager never answers the phone, texts, or email. Maintenance never tells you when they are coming. And last time never heard back from them. I’ve gotten locked into the apartment parking lot due to terrible parking options and people blocking the way. Which then nothing gets done about and the towing company only lets the manager call a tow truck..The paint jobs are terrible, they don’t clean the apartments after move out. My apartment was gross, I had mold in my washer lining that... STANK and took days to get rid of. I am not happy with this place at all. They even charge you $40 to do automatic payments! Definitely not worth the money. Don’t rent here!! They have no respect for the property or the tenants. Management is the biggest issue for me.
