Everyone is so nice and the complex is nice and quiet and very pretty! Also the process to move in was amazingly simple and the awesome staff walked me through every step of the way when i had questions

Loving it here. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Neighbourhood is filled with friendly people and cute dogs. And any query is immediately solved by the leasing office.

I’ve been living at Stanford Place Apartments for about two months now, and so far, it’s been a pleasant experience. One of the standout features of the property is the beautiful greenery. The grounds are well-maintained, with plenty of trees and open spaces that make the environment feel peaceful and inviting.
As a new resident, the move-in process was smooth, and the management team has been responsive and helpful with initial questions. The community seems quiet, and I’ve felt safe walking... around the area.
While it’s still early in my lease, everything has been going well so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how things go long-term, but for now, I’d definitely recommend Stanford Place to anyone looking for a calm, green space to call home in St. Louis.

A great community to live in within walking distance to dining, parks and shopping. It's a very quiet and friendly community. The staff are personable, professional and friendly. The maintenance staff are exceptional and very helpful. Once again, a great community to live in.

Great view from our apartment and love all greenary. People are friendly and it feels like home to me. The surroundings are so clean and great for walk.
