Cool place. I am happy living at Stanford Place Apartments. I have not had any repairs needed, so I have not needed maintenance . Clean quiet apartment with great management.

For STANFORD PLACE APARTMENT HOMES IN ROCK HILL, MO.
Great place to live, great location, great staff, great grounds-clean and well kept. It is very quiet and peaceful and happily, no drama.
The only thing missing is a community gathering space, where we could meet our fellow neighbors and socialize.

I really enjoy living here. The location can not be beat. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is super prompt and helpful. My only concerns are the noise levels through the thin walls and a lot of residents smoke cigarettes

This is an amazing place to live! Maintenance is fantastic and moves quickly. The ladies in the leasing office are incredible and very helpful with any issues that may come up. All staff takes really good care of us. Cleaners for before moving in didn't do the best job which is why I give 4 stars. It's very safe and quiet which is exactly what I like. The entrance and exit to the units are a little scary due to the main street traffic but overall easy to navigate. Would recommend this location... to anyone.
