The windows don't seal properly when closed, so outside noise comes through easily, and the neighborhood is far noisier than expected. The property management is extremely unprofessional, dismissive of residents' concerns, and shows little interest in addressing legitimate issues. Overall, the experience has been frustrating due to their lack of responsiveness and accountability.

Disclaimer: this pertains to the older buildings only. (Steelcote crossings and lofts) When I moved here I loved this place, but in the last couple of months it has really gone downhill. In the past two weeks, people’s catalytic converters have been stolen and cars have been broken into. You can pay to park in the gated area or garage, but there are not enough spaces for everyone. The property manager does not respond to emails. If you want amenities, you have to pay extra for them. You can get... both a pool and a gym membership at a lower cost than what you would pay here. The free gym for the older buildings has zero airflow and does NOT get cleaned. The walls are very thin. The one good thing is the people who live here are friendly. Most packages just get delivered outside, but someone will usually place it inside the door if they see it. If you have something major that needs fixed, it is not happening quickly, but if it’s simple handyman work, the maintenance man is super nice and works swiftly.
