love it here!

I’ve been living here for over a year now and I love it! The community is quiet and I’ve never felt unsafe walking around at night. The office is responsive and keeps everyone informed of events. Maintenance is punctual and respectful as well. My favorite amenity is the valet trash service that they offer! It helps take one chore off of your plate and it runs every day so you can use it on your own schedule. Also you can’t beat the location! We are so close to the Ladue shopping center and all... of the new businesses popping up on Olive you have so many options.

Great staff

The staff here is allow nice and welcoming when I would come into the office or call. They assisted me very well with questions I had about my moving process. I moved in the beginning of July and I am pleased so far!

About to move in!!

I am approaching move-in at the District and I cannot wait! Everyone has been so helpful and attentive from my first tour to signing my lease. I look forward to using the gym and having in unit laundry!!

Great apartments and community

I moved into The District during May of 2025 and it has been a great experience overall! They let me view the apartment before signing the lease to make sure everything was in good shape and it was! Once I moved in, maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely and professional manner and they even called to let me know that they were entering my apartment. The people who work in the office are really nice and welcoming! The gym and pool is also well maintained and clean! I am really... enjoying my time here so far!
