building is beautiful management is a whole different story
I would not recommend living here. Communication from management is consistently slow, and concerns raised by residents are often dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of working with tenants to find solutions, it frequently feels like an “us versus them” environment.
What should be your home often feels like a source of unnecessary stress because management does not seem to understand or acknowledge the impact their decisions have on residents. There is very little effort made to mediate... issues or consider tenant perspectives.
Before Mason took over management, the building had a much more positive atmosphere. The previous manager was responsive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the residents. Since the management change, the overall tone of the building has shifted significantly for the worse. The lack of communication, empathy, and accountability has made for a disappointing living experience.
