The Knolls Townhomes

I have been a resident in The Knolls for over 7 years. There was a time when I was very proud of the community. But for the past 2-3 years, things have gone downhill and fast. The grounds are littered with trash, dumpsters are not put into the garbage corals they just sit in the middle of the parking lot, surrounded by trash. Derelict cars sit for months in guest parking spots and under covered parking dusty and unattractive. The noise has become unbearable and it no longer feels like home.... The staff in the leasing office has been very inconsistent since Reeka left and I am unsure who to communicate with as it's seems hard to contact anyone at times. But rent increased. So I feel that I'm paying more to live in a community that is on a consistent decline. Read More

My guy moved in on August 16 2019. The aptment was dirty. They promise to clean the carpet an didnt do which they r dirty. When we took our shoes off our feet turn black an he is white. The kitchen cabinets was suppose to be stained before move in an wasnt. Shower poles fall down when u touch them . Cant take a shower downstairs because the knobes r striped. The amount u pay a month this isnt acceptable. Very friendly people in the office but dont follow up. He called it in an still no one... been by to even the apartment. I never seen nothing like this. This apartment is as close to condo living as you can get without the condo fees. The pool has been opened and maintained the two years I've lived here. Not to many kids out in the summer, but there are a few. Nice scenic walking trails. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issue. Even though these townhouses are in Ferguson, they are very quiet and you wouldn't even know all the Ferguson arrest was going on around you. The most space I could find for my money.
