Elevator issues (one has been out of service for 6 months), no communication on status, increase ancillary costs (parking/trash/pest control) without advance notice - only caught it in the new lease agreement. No response from corporate at all after several emails about the elevators and lease issues. They will be sure to contact me if rent is not paid. BBB complaint forthcoming

Worst part is the lack of communication from the on-site management as well as no response from corporate to emails addressing various issues. Three elevators and one had been out of service for 6 months now. Additionally, parking and other ancillary costs increased without notice prior to signing the lease - no opportunity to find another place to live. Front desk and Maintenance personnel are top-notch but other than that? All they care about is your monthly rent payment.

Always only one or two elevator is working, another one has been left broken for months. The door men and maintainance team are nice, but New Management Company is horrible. It is very hard to live in upper floor if you have to wait more than 10 minutes every time to catch an elevator ride. You can find a better one at lower rent in this area.

Location is good. Management is HORRIBLE. You can find a better, cheaper apartment in this area.
