AWFUL

This place is awful. I am still waiting for a response to this unsafe and unsanitary issue. . They are sarcastic and very sneaky in when and how they respond to situations/emails/requests. I need this cleaned asap. Who do i go to to get this fixed? Department of health? heavy sewer back up filling my tub spilling onto the bathroom floor----and kitchen-----carpets and underlay wet....no response

Save your money don't live here!

This property is poor because the maintenance does not fix anything! It's a constant wait to get anything done. These are not luxury apts.! There infested with spiders and other bugs! The appliances are all outdated! The windows do not stay open! The decks on all the apts. look like there ready to fall apart! The management doesn't care but yet let's raise the rent! Ridiculous! I would avoid living here at all cost! Also the washers and dryers are at a good price, but the majority of them are… broke down! For a place that's raising the rent you should be more professional and care more about your tenants and make your apts. look luxury instead of being slummy!

Maintenance responds to works are as soon as possible, pest control is completed in each unit quarterly, decks are repaired as needed, new washers and dryers are ordered, management cares and strives to… deliver great service daily, and rental increases are standard in almost all apartment complexes. If there is anything we can assist you with, please contact our leasing office.

affordable and spacious

Lived in a 1bed for a year. Thought it was very spacious, loved the walk in closet and big bedroom. The staff was very nice and answered any questions I had. Luckily I had neighbors around my age and were very friendly. Had no problems while living here, liked the area and had a great experience living here

WASTE OF TIME

our downstairs neighbors called the cops on us 6 times in 2 months and the landlord does nothing about it, i said 1 thing to them and they kicked us out, and said we still have to pay the remaining $6000 for the lease, even if you pay $1500 to break the lease. VERY POOR SERVICE THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE!!!!!

I love living here!

I have lived here about 8 years and I don't want to live anywhere else!

The thing that impresses me most about the apartments is that my maintenance requests are always addressed the same day, often immediately after I call. I have lived many places where this was not the case.

I have lived in both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom models and they are both very spacious with plenty of closets, the 2 bedroom I am in now has vinyl plank flooring which is beautiful. The only thing I could wish for is… a pantry because I do a lot of cooking and baking, but I have put up shelving to compensate.

The office staff is great and resolves your problems quickly.

All in all this is a great place to live for the price and in a good location.
