DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE. The AC has not been cooling for an ENTIRE MONTH. I have complained more than 10 TIMES. Every single time Westminster calls back and says "we will fix it, we will send someone" — and then NOTHING ever happens. A whole month of living in a hot apartment with no air conditioning while management lies to our faces. No technician. No repair. Just empty promises. This is the most unprofessional, negligent, dishonest management company I have ever dealt with. They do not care about… their tenants AT ALL. RUN. Rent literally anywhere else. ZERO stars.

I've called Westminster Place home for the last 2 years and I must say the maintenance staff is excellent, management is top notch! I love living here!

Poor location, bad value, security deposit withheld.

My car was stolen within a week of moving here, as well as nearly every package I tried having delivered to my apartment. Management withheld $200 of my security deposit for locks on the door in the unit that were present when I moved in - $200 for door locks! I promise anyone looking that you can find a better apartment in St. Louis for the same, if not better, of a price.
