RUDE

Wow! I don't actually live here but I called to see if they had any apartments. The lady was downright rude and wouldn't even tell me her name! Based on the other reviews, I guess she has something to hide. We will not be renting here ever. Hire some nicer people!

DO NOT MOVE HERE

owner does not care about the tenants..only about the money..everything is outdated..faulty electricity..water leaks/damage/mold..maintenance is incompetent & rude..the wait to have repairs made can take months or not be completed at all

Don't lease

I really loved the space of the town homes and the amount of the rent but that's It! My basement flooded so bad and they did nothing to fix it. My kitchen was updated (well that's what I thought) but the floor in the kitchen was coming up because of water damage. My front closet and my hall closet by the living room leaked really bad. Every where the leaks where at was starting to cause mold. Had a little ant and spider problem but I had to take care of that issue my self because no on came out… and fixed anything. I didn't renew my lease and I strongly suggest no one moves there. If they put money into the property It wouldn't be so bad.
