I have called more than 5 times and never got an answer. I set up an online FaceTime meeting at 9 am on the 30th of April, and I was told we would have to reschedule. So I rescheduled for 4 pm, which was the suggested time. I then blocked off my schedule just for the call. It never came and I even called the office just in case I missed something. Then I waited on hold until it told me no one was available. Crazy how I really wanted to live here and they make it almost impossible to get in... contact unless you show up at the door. Which, then no one is there unless an in person appointment is scheduled. Seems like you are cutting corners to save money instead of caring for your business or the people the live there, or even the people that are trying to rent with you... This complex has done such a huge turn around this year after new management took over! I looked into a 1 bed last year but decided to stay where I was currently. Recently I went back because the community really is beautiful, and was blown away by the difference! The office staff is helpful and inviting. I toured with April and was impressed by all the additions new management has brought it. April was very informative and answered all my tedious questions :) The property manager, Dianna and... assistant manager, Molly also introduced themselves. The whole staff was just so inviting and friendly!
