Spencer Creek Apartments

I’ve just recently been accepted to Spencer Creek, and the process of application and touring was great! Candice was very accommodating to questions and touring at a time that worked well for me. She was also very forthcoming with information and availability. Looking forward to living here.

First and foremost , I will say that working with Candace has been an excellent experience. She was great at communicating with me and answering questions quickly. The process was fast easy and easy. The St Peter’s community has a calm, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home. One of my favorite things is there’s plenty of open space, and it’s well-kept, which makes the whole property feel inviting and relaxing. Theres also a pool for the community to enjoy during the summer... months.

The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything I need, and the onsite laundry is a huge plus for convenience. It makes day - to -day living a lot easier not having to leave the property. The kitchen, bathroom and living room, and walk in closet are spacious and beautiful. I was also gifted a brand new tv. I absolutely love the balcony , which makes late nights or early morning enjoyable while watching the sun rise or set.

Overall, this is a solid place to live if you’re looking for a quiet environment with nice surroundings. It’s a great option for anyone who appreciates a laid-back community with practical amenities. I highly recommend Spencer Creek for your next home. You will not be disappointed.

The management team did a great job helping get into an apartment even though my move in date was up in the air. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is a wonderful place to live. Management is highly responsive to any concerns, and the maintenance team is excellent—providing prompt and reliable service. Would recommend 10/10!

The people who work here do a great job! From our manager Candice to the support team. Very kind and friendly, and hard working.
Our grounds are kept nicely from the summertime grass cutting to the winters where snowfall is salted and plowed off our drives as necessary. And the fun at the pool on a hot summer day!
Best are the neighbors of all ages. Me being an extrovert the majority I experience are very social and lots of happy smiling faces.
