The Reserve At Mid Rivers

I love everything about the Reserve At Mid Rivers. And if there is ever any issue with noise or anything, they take it seriously and handle it for you. Staff is kind and our place is well kept in all ways. I believe some people don’t take care of the property and I feel strongly that a fob system needs to be in place for the pool and the gym, for these reasons! It will keep everything safe and clean, and it’s obvious who was where, and when. This place had the best reviews when I was looking,... and if that has changed, it’s only by those who have probably caused problems themselves. This is very high-quality at the right price and everyone appreciates it. Johnny and the other maintenance staff have worked very hard to set up the lights and the pool for the season, only to come after the holiday weekend, the first weekend that it’s open, to a mess that was likely made by those who shouldn’t have been there. Apartment has flooded 5 times since moving in, bedroom carpet and living room floor should be replaced due to water damage. Leak and mold on bathroom ceiling recently painted over with Kilz instead of investigating if further mold present in bathroom ceiling.
