Horrible management office and noise complaints. The most disrespectful and segregative people at the management office. They will try to sue you for every little problem living in the unit even though you are paying rent and everything on time. Do not live in this apartment. The worst experience that I ever had living in an apartment.

Horrible management and poor sound deadening
The property and amenities are great but not free, and the maintenance team is responsive and friendly. Leasing staff is courteous and friendly. Package delivery can be tricky at times since the address is new and some carriers have issues. However, the apartments marketed as “luxury” have poor sound insulation—you can clearly hear hallway noise. A dog in the unit below barks for hours daily, and despite reporting repeatedly over the past few months, the issue persists. When I asked to... relocate to a new unit due to the noise, I was told I’d need to pay a $500 transfer fee, yet nothing has been done to resolve the problem of the barking dog. When I initially discussed breaking my lease due to relocation for work, management offered to retroactively adjust to the start of the month as a courtesy, but that offer was withdrawn after my noise complaints. Overall, very disappointed in how management handles tenant concerns, and she is very quick to add charges on with no justification or notice.

Some level of sound transfer is normal in multifamily living, even with insulation measures in place. Apartment living sucks
The apartment is nice and has great amenities. But apartment living is not for me. I don't have enough room for my things. I really made a big mistake in selecting this property. The parking sucks, and if you would like a garage space, they want you to pay a ridiculous amount for it. I'm sick of coming home every evening to park in the back of the building at the end of the parking lot. I'm sick of the noise of the neighbors who haven't been living here that long, and neither have I. One of the... neighbors slams their apartment door every single morning at 5:03 am or 5:04 am. I regret signing a 13-month lease. I can't wait until my lease is up. I will definitely not be renewing it.
