Poor communication

Life happened and we had to break our lease. We paid the fee to break the lease as well as the rest of the last month’s rent. It’s been two months and we still haven’t heard about if/when we will get our security deposit back, and it was very difficult to get a response about breaking the lease in general. The poor communication has been an issue since move in. The apartment was also not cleaned prior to our move in.

Intrusive Management

They do not provide notice before inspections, maintenance men will knock once then walk in without announcing themselves, and now they are towing residents’ cars

Attentive property management

Been here since Sept 1 2022 after moving from MA. When we had that severe cold weather and power went out and the heat went with it, they were right on it and power was back up in a few hours. Then there were a couple of freak manufacturer defects that happened with my washer/dryer and those got taken care of very quickly as well. Safe area - convenient - it's also a nice mile walk around the block too.

Chardonnay

I recently moved to Chardonnay and have been happy with my apartment, it has a fireplace and a roomy balcony. The pool area has a hot tub and BBQ grills for tenants use. Jenna & JoLynn have been very pleasant to work with and the maintenance guys are friendly and very helpful. I look forward to how nice the property looks in the spring, with the pond and all the trees I am sure it is very nice.

Chardonnay Apartments

I recently moved into Chardonnay Apartments and find it to be very nice, my apartment has a fireplace and everything seems to work as it should, it has a nice pool area with a hot tub. I really like the pond with all the ducks it makes it very homey. Jenna in the office was very nice to work with, and JoLynn who is a new manager I am told seems to care about the residents and the property. The maintenance team seems friendly and helpful, I am looking forward to what the property looks like in… the spring, and will be happy to see how the balconies look come Christmas, I hear they have a decorating contest for Christmas, so far I am happy here.
