Save yourself the stress - dont come here.
Initially when I moved here in 2024 things were okay, I didn’t really have any complaints other than loud neighbors and definitely overpaying for an uncleaned apartment at move in. But I can deal with that. For a while.
Now, not only do I live under and next to the loudest neighbors I’ve ever had (families of 2 adults, 5 kids each), but also they have just been letting some of the sketchiest people live here. I can hear arguments through the walls at 2am, people stomping down the alley stairs... (which echos throughout the entire building), so good luck getting any sleep in this place. The office people are rude and don’t really care about anything other than their days off. Prime example is when they emailed the tenets that they scheduled an internet outage to work on repairs - less than 16 hours before the outage. The outage ended up lasting almost 2 full weeks. Their “compensation” for the extended outage was a laptop in the yoga studio for kids to do online schooling. What a joke.
And the worst part? The internet still sucks. But don’t worry, they sent out an email over a week in advance to let you know the office would be closed for Memorial Day.
The ONLY saving grace here is the maintenance guys. They were always incredible and very nice to me. They were very swift and helpful with any issues I had. I hope for their sake they can find a better complex to work for.
Other than that, this place is a personal hell that I’m counting down the days to get out of. Unless you like overpaying for a piece of crap apartment next to drug dealers and unparented children, this place is perfect. If not, save yourself and don’t even consider this place.
