Love it here! Super safe and people are relatively quiet and chill. Haven't had an issue with loud music or loud neighbors. My dogs seem more calm whenever we go outside for a walk! Even the neighborhood around the complex is safe! Also located near some great local restaurants and stores!

The office ladies are always so nice and helpful. Maintenance is always there the same day we have a problem and they fix it promptly. We love how well kept Kensington is and would recommend it to anyone!
