Maple Gardens

Way overpriced for quality of apartments. Office manager is very rude and disrespectful.

These apartments are obviously a bit on the lower end of the rent spectrum as far as cost and overall quality. That being said, my husband and I feel that we have both had an overall positive experience at Maple Gardens. Of course the neighbors can be a bit careless with their noise or their dog poo, but as far as the maintenance and office team, they have been wonderful and prompt any time we have had a work order or any concerns. They've done so much to improve the complex and revamp this property, I give them an A for effort... But there's still awful people here that trash the new things, no regard for rules or anyone else's property. The pool has been open less than a month and some punks broke the gate... You have to get a key from the office that they give you FOR FREE... There is absolutely NO REASON to break into the pool... People don't listen to picking up after pets so they had to hire someone just to keep the… grounds from being covered in crap... Some residents are rather nice and friendly, but the bad apples outweigh the good. It's a shame. This could be a great place to live, but you can't get rid of the crap easily...
