Safe & amenities!

Very safe feeling community and LOVE the pool/functional gym. The balcony is nice too. My apartment feels up to date and cozy. There are often staff keeping up with the grounds / making improvements. I haven’t had to use Maintance too much (nice) but they are responsive when I do. The staff are all very friendly.

The Manager is what matters the most.

Eddy, the Manager makes living here a pleasure. He is always willing to help in any way he can and is always prompt in seeing to it that repairs are done in a timely fashion. He is kind, considerate, and takes his position seriously. I truly hope he stays here for a long time.

Great management

Our manager, Eddy, goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. The landscaping is beautiful and it has really become a home, not just an apartment.
