Great place to live!!! Amy is great along with the rest of the staff!!! Great pool!! Great access to Greenway Trail!! Great location close to everything you need!!!

My fiancé and I moved in almost a year ago now, and I was sure there would be lots of traffic noises since it's located off of the highway. Surprisingly, it's relatively quiet. The grounds are well maintained, and maintenance has been very prompt in answering any requests we put in. The apartment itself is renovated nicely and I appreciate how large the closets are for storage space. My only real complaint is that the ceiling/upper floor is not well insulated, so if you live on the ground floor,... you can hear everything above you. Read More

I moved here in July and everything I have experienced here as been amazing. The grounds are upkept and clean and Amy is quick to answer any question/ problems I have. The only problem I have had was a small ant problem but maintenance was quick to handle the situation. The apartments are recently renovated and clean.

Moved into these wonderful, remodeled, cozy apartments in August. Very good pricing compared to other places I looked into, as well as the pool stays open longer than others!!!! | love that when I make a maintenance request, they are there quickly, and very nice when they do arrive. I love that the app to pay rent allows us to make these requests, as well as lets my roommate and me split the bill online. I've had nothing but good experiences here. I highly recommend!

Moved here in September and still love it! Things are super flexible here with the deposit requirements and has been a great place for two college girls to live. Amy will answer any questions and needs you have and maitnence always arrives in a very timely manner no more than a couple days at max. Love how we can pay for our utilities at one price per month in our rent and is a good space for when my roommates dog comes to visit us. Also love how convent it is next to highway access!
