Edge Apartments

The location is great! Safe area also with it being a gated community provides safety and security! My apartment was very clean when I moved in. The maintenance guy is very accommodating to any issues you might have.I would of gave it a 5 star but I do have to say it is on the pricey end for Springfield Mo.In saying that everything is pricey these days.

Can I do 0 stars ????

New property owners dont care about the tenants, just looking to make a buck. Since they took over the "secured" property is a free for all, generic code and anyone gets in !!! Why bother locking the gate ??? Tenants now pay a flat fee for ALL utilities and they want to charge you property insurance!!! Still have to pay your own renters but you also pay their property!!! Stay far away from them

Renter Beware

This is a fairly new property and shows well, however service of any kind (maintenance) is awful. Often you're told this is the renters responsibility and if you are new to renting you don't have any reason to question them. I would document every phone call, text, email with the management company and photograph or video everything upon taking possession and leaving and get a good attorney before leasing here as they will need them to defend yourself as they exploit every part of the lease… possible to take your deposit and then charge you more.

Do not live here

The individuals at the front office are rude, dismissive, and just plain horrible. Good luck getting anything fixed in your apartment(the stove went out and was not repair for about 10 days). That was among the many other repair issues. The apartments are right next to the local high school band practice field, so you get to hear that every night until 930pm. They will also keep your security deposit despite fully cleaning prior to move out. 0/10...
