needs work
This is a small one bedroom apartment in a two story garden apartment building. My neighbors are very nice quiet people who
tend to stay to themselves. There are never any loud parties or any
disturbances of any type here.
This apartment is in "desperate" need of lots of work. All of the flooring needs to be replaced. The carpet is wall to wall dirty even though I've tried to clean it many times to no avail.
I've asked the managing company they would come and paint
since the apartment... hasn't been painted in ten years, but again my request fell on deaf ears.
This building is in a good location being near elementary and a high school and one of the local universities. There is also a public library and the staff there are the very best.
