Very poor management
The only good thing I have to say is "Thank God my child no longer lives in this apartment." It has been one issue after another since moving in. First, took over 2 months to get gift card they were supposed to get at move in. Second, washing machine and dryer did not work for first three months. Third, payments got messed up two months in row. Fourth, Air conditioning did not work for the last month in apartment. Fifth, no one ever showed up for check out inspection and was told by individual… claiming to be General Manager that they had stopped doing inspections two days earlier and refused to do inspection. Lastly, the three roommates had to share one key for the mailbox because management never could find more than one key. Oh almost forgot. When my child went to move in they originally gave them a key for the wrong room. All I can say is buyer beware with these people.
