Property needs updates and improvements. Shingles need to be replaced. One fell as I was walking out of my front door. The rule for pets need to be reinforced.

Really disappointed with the maintenance here. There was dog poop everywhere throughout the grass, making it unpleasant and uncomfortable to walk around. The outdoor areas looked poorly maintained and neglected. Basic cleanliness should be a priority, especially in shared spaces. Management needs to do a much better job with regular cleaning, lawn maintenance, and enforcing pet waste rules. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not recommended.

It's been a journey at Bennington. I love the area. Good location and convenient area. The complex is generally nice, though it can get noisy at times. Overall, a decent place to live.

It’s a great community! Love the location. Every time we have had a maintenance issue they have fixed it quickly. The water pressure is not great in our unit and we are unable to run multiple water fixtures at once. But other than that it’s a great place!

Llevo un tiempo viviendo aquí y la verdad he tenido una buena experiencia. Es un lugar tranquilo, la ubicación es muy conveniente y hay tiendas, restaurantes y todo lo necesario a pocos minutos. Las áreas comunes suelen estar bien cuidadas y, cuando he necesitado mantenimiento, han respondido en un tiempo razonable.

En general, me parece una buena opción si buscas un lugar cómodo para vivir. Hasta ahora no he tenido problemas importantes y definitivamente lo recomendaría.
