very spacious and suitable have a lot of great places around and the staffing is so nice, didnt come with any problems really and i love how the send you with a folder full of information i need

The apartment is ok. The only problem I have is when I moved in my dishwasher had mold in it and I want it replaced and they just sprayed moldex and called it a day. Also with maintenance. Maintenance says they are going to do something and they don’t. I’ve been waiting for my fridge to be fixed for 2 months when they could have just ordered a new one or pulled one from a vacant unit

I have lived at Bennington heights for 10plus years. Everyone from the leasing manager and everyone that works in the leasing office, maintenance, housekeeper and groundskeepers are amazing!!! It is a great place to live!!!!

Wonderful Living Experience!
I've had a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is always helpful and responsive whenever I need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the safety, the amenities, and the overall atmosphere it's truly a great place to call home. Highly recommended!
