Being a resident in Stanford Apartments have been great! I started 2022, and I'm still here.
Although, I can't say the same for the new Rent App - Loft Living. I hope it gets better though.

Cool place. I am happy living at Stanford Place Apartments. I have not had any repairs needed, so I have not needed maintenance . Clean quiet apartment with great management.

For STANFORD PLACE APARTMENT HOMES IN ROCK HILL, MO.
Great place to live, great location, great staff, great grounds-clean and well kept. It is very quiet and peaceful and happily, no drama.
The only thing missing is a community gathering space, where we could meet our fellow neighbors and socialize.
