The Plaza of Webb City

The management team gives false promises to you when trying to stay there and then rip it out of your hands and give to somebody else. Terrible management.

Appearance: The property appears nice and well kept. But it is NOISY nightmare straight from a comedic movie. You will be awakened by the 5:30 a.m. toilet flush, hear the neighbors climbing stairs after midnight, and hear most every footstep of anyone who lives above you. If your neighbor has an off-balance washing machine, your apartment becomes a bass drum. You will have to step outside to avoid a headache. If your upstairs neighbor has children that love to run and jump, expect no help... from management. When we complained to management, we were told the quiet hours are 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. It is okay for children to be loud. Even documenting all the noise inside and outside of that quiet period -at managements request - seemed to only encourage the neighbors to be louder. From 7:00 pm to 7:00 AM, management suggested we simply call the police with noise complaints. I really wanted to like living here. But, this is no place for a retiree (my wife), someone with migraines, or someone that works at night to live. If you expect a peaceful day, look elsewhere. Read More

Nice buildings, lots of amenities. Walls are paper thin though. Decent sized kitchen and master bedroom. Walk in closet in master bathroom is nice also. Only complaint is being able to hear ANYTHING the neighbors do!

If you are looking for an upscale apartment with great amenities, then The Plaza of Webb City is for you! Nice pool, workout room, atmosphere and secure.
