Boggan Estates Apartments

We paid $100 to move in on the first of March. The lady said the $100 would be there to hold us a place by our move in date. We went today to get the keys and find out how to turn on our lights to find out we won’t have a place until much later. She said that she had a place for us but didn’t know when that person would be moving out. I think what happened was they had so many places to fill that they forgot to save us a place. She then offered us another place way above our budget. The lady… said that she didn’t know we was moving in on the first even though we told her twice. Also, she could have called us if she forgot since she had both of our numbers. Then she rushed us out of the office. I wouldn’t move here us you had too. I have been here for 7 years and I have absolutely no complaints. They are always on time when it comes to any complaints that you have. Maintenance is amazing as well!!

I’m a happy resident still! I moved here July 2015 and plan on signing for another year!
The office staff is friendly, competent and I really appreciate Ms. Debbie. They made the moving in process, easy.
The maintenance guys are knowledgeable and quick. After living in 6 other states, and renting, this place is by far the best!
Overall, I would give it a big thumbs up!!

Just moved in for a four month stay in Tupelo and the staff, Deb & Desiree were extremely nice in making all of this possible for me. They have been accommodating with my transition and help with the electric company process. They have gone out of their way to make it a very pleasant experience. The apartment is clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. I would highly recommend to place and their management team to others.
