Please minimize noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. to ensure neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep, as the City of Biloxi also has a noise ordinance within the same time frame. No loud music, profanity, or boisterous noises are allowed at any time. The maximum occupancy is 8 people, and parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway; no street parking is allowed. No parties or events are permitted. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the home. Check-in and check-out times are strict. No animals are allowed. No glass is permitted in or around the pool/hot tub. Please rinse off from the beach before entering the pool/hot tub. Please keep in mind all posted pool rules and exercise caution and safety when using the facility. Do not move furniture or décor, and please put pool items back in the bin when not in use. When departing, please take out the trash and bring the can to the road, start the dishwasher if you have any dirty dishes, set the thermostat to 72, leave used towels in the tubs/shower, leave used beds unmade (do not strip the beds), and make sure to turn off all lights and lock all doors.
