Misleading
Made an appointment to take a tour at 1:30 pm we were just given a map and directions by the lady in the office nobody to meet us there. I was going to look at a 1 bedroom townhouse and she told us that it would be 118. Well when we got there we walked up to 118, tried the knob, and of course it was locked when something like this happens it shows disrespect to the possible tenant because I wanted to see one that was finished yet I didn't get to see one that was finished. I got to see two very... nasty looking townhouses that were dark and dingy. Someone who said he was the owner and a maintenance man stopped and tried to unlock 118 yet he didn't have the key so I was stuck looking at 117 and 116 which was horrible. I believe 116 had loose carpet on the stairs which is a tripping hazard. 116 also had a spot where the floor sinks in after they laid new carpet. I understand they are supposedly renovating them but they really should have replaced everything because it was outdated especially the cabinets and covered in layers of paint. It honestly look like a child painted those apartments. Instead of vinyl they should have kept the tile because it looked far better. They look nothing like the pictures on the website and that's false advertising and bait and switch. I definitely would not live here after seeing what I saw. I should have taken pictures.
