A great retirement/family community

The management and maintenance team at this property are incredibly responsive, addressing any needs or concerns promptly to ensure a comfortable and safe living experience. My wife and I have lived here for several years and have always been impressed by the high standards of maintenance and the attention to detail paid by the staff. The property is well-maintained, with modern amenities that cater to the needs of military personnel, families and retirees alike. Its convenient location, just a… 10-minute drive from Keesler AFB and the vibrant downtown community, makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free place to call home.

Well managed

I’ve been a resident for a while now and was a little Leary after the previous management fiasco but the owner has taken over and is making a real effort. I’ve had a few minor issues with my unit and maintenance has been quick to come fix. My hubby has even caught a few fish from the pond. I don’t see us moving any time soon.

Management is garbage

You pay your rent on time? Have a full time job? This not the place for you! They all give you a eviction notice even if they forget to check the box

Great place to live!

Iv'e been a resident since March and since the change in management that occurred in May, this place has been awesome. The owner has really gone out of his way to make things right. Maintenance request are answered almost immediately. I love the two ponds on the property and the relaxed family atmosphere.
