I love it here. Peaceful. I can go out on my balcony and enjoy the fresh air, read a book, and listen to the car come by. I have friendly neighbors too.

Overall the staff here goes beyond expectations!!! Best property management I have meant!!! Very friendly & very professional! Units are remodeled very nicely & it’s a plus being pet friendly.

Nice neighborhood. Quiet for the most part. Kid friendly. A little of the higher price side but not too bad. Maintenance is fairly quick with requests. They just little things in the main office, providing refreshments, and etc. especially on holidays.

LOOK TWICE!

Current tenant!

Please be aware of the Unprofessionalism that you will receive once you SIGN the lease.

The ONLY PERSON who has attempted to help me was Krystal.

Questions go unanswered. Work orders go unfinished. (EMAILS)

Two of the rooms are on a unfinished construction site!

When it rains it rains in two of the rooms which ends in MOLD

Allow this to be your last search.

Parking is OUT OF CONTROL.

Why am I here?
• Because most complexes require 3 times the rent..
•Rent goes up every... year.

I pay my rent on time!
No government assistance, my children & I should be comfortable.

I'm sure it's many like me that have been patient enough, & its only so much the property manager can do, appears as if she cleaning up every other manager we have had in the past mess!

No need to respond saying emailing my concerns to your email. I SAID I NEVER GET A REPLY.
