Filthy property

Since moving to Spring Lake in 2019, I must admit that I have not personally had any problems with the office employees. However, the rules and regulations in keeping the property clean are not being enforced. There is trash EVERYWHERE, from the parking lot to the lake. I never see the groundskeeper picking up trash; all he does is ride around the property in the golf cart. I have taken the liberty in getting a trash bag and pick up trash because I got tired of looking at it. The Dumpster is... always overflowing with trash.
As far as the inside, I have had issues with my appliances and my air conditioner and they will not fix it. Since I've renewed my lease several times, I feel we should have an option to upgrade appliances and have better amenities such as the units that get an upgrade after a tenants has moved out.
