The Trails at Madison

Nancy has been extremely helpful 8n making sure everything with my apartment is taken care of ever since I moved in almost 3 years ago.

As someone with severe allergies to mold and bacteria, The Trails is a breath of fresh air. Being newly built, there is far less water damage compared to most other housing options in the Jackson area. There are four styles of apartments to choose from, all at varying price points; they seem to be exceptionally well insulated! There are lovely places to walk around the apartment complex: near lakes with ducks and on clean sidewalks. Staff at the clubhouse are generally friendly and competent.... Neighbors are friendly and respect each other's space. The gym has beautiful floor to ceiling windows, and the Business center is small but attractive. I definitely recommend The Trails as a beautiful place to live. As I have told several people, the apartments are not luxurious, but they are definitely NICE. ??

There is a big problem that I have with The spiders I Have contacted office and maintenance several of times with pictures included of spiders outside the window pane and around door when you first walk out . A spider fell in my Fiancé head two mornings in a row we have ask them to spray but they never do they have also built webs on my ceilings fan that I knock down almost every two weeks I have sprayed as well but they need professionals to spray these apartments it ridiculous for the amount... of money that I pay to never be serviced properly. Whenever I signed my lease they tell me the amenities were open, and other things they’re closed until further notice. I haven’t been able to use anything since my lease started and it’s been about a month and a half. They will not give you a timeframe for when the amenities will be open. If that something that you were looking forward too, then look somewhere else.

Everything is amazing so far. All units have not opened yet, but I am eager to see how it will be once they are. Since there are soooo many units in each building I can see parking being a HUGE problem. I will say that the units are pretty up to date, but are a little small HOWEVER for the price you can’t beat it! The office staff is amazing.
